Hey your ibt buddies calling the IAM a scab union , yet for 58 years the ibt has been one.

That is the R# in our contract. And sorry I was not born in 1949.

The archives are at a university in GA, they would have a copy more then likely and so does Chick Kavros.

still, that was 58 years ago.. let it go.. is the IBT doing it today, just as the iam is scabbing today at NWA... that can not be denied, what is the intnl doing about scabbing on their watch????

I know what an r# is, where can I get in contact with this "chick", still you can not provide a copy, yet we must have undeniable proof when we make a statement. You are being led down the road to failure by listening to those holding power in the IAM leadership, IMHO you might want to get off of the kool-aid and look at the world of today

If you really want to see a contract from 1949, why have you not called the District or the International of the Archives in GA?

I mean if you really want it, why are you just asking on a message board instead of actually doing something to obtain a copy?

I have read it, but I do not have a copy and George "Chick" Kavros is a retired AGC. He organized the IAM at US Airways predecessors.

No Koolade here, just giving the ibters the same medicine they try at the IAM, yet you all try to ignore and blow-off the ibt's behavior.

And when are you going to able to comprehend the ESE Scope Language at NW contains provisions for that work to be accomplished?

Hmmmm....7 you are the individual who continuously uses the 1949 contract as the reference for your statements. Let me educate you on making your point.... provide a reference for all to see, unless of course your statements have no merit. If they have merit then all will know........ 🙂

Since I was not born in 1949 nor working at US in 1949, I dont have the CBA from that year.

I have seen it and read it, if he wants a copy, he needs to contact the sources I have told him, sorry I will not hold his hand nor spoon feed him, if he wants it, he will have to contact the International,the District or the IAM Archives.
