Your bio surprises me because you seem to realize how important it is to keep your options open, but fail to see the big picture at Ual.
With the amount of hours you put in, owning your own business, I would think you would have a better grasp on what Ual is going through.
You don't have to believe I was a mechanic. It really doesn't matter what I was. What mattered was how I conducted myself at work, and the work ethic and attitude I had.
Good luck to you and you are more fortunate than a lot of your peers. Having a second career to fall back on gives you a lot more secuity.
You will still get a retirement from Ual. Even if they give it to the govt. to handle.
