The problem with the IAM is they take their members dues and promise them the world. We're going to fight for you, we're going to give you the best representation you can get and what do they do? They rely on a former stock clerk/cleaner from a hub to go into negotiations with professional negotiators. I'm sure when the professional negotiators saw that they knew what the result would be. It's like putting a JV football team up against the Super Bowl champs. If you're an IAM member I'd be asking some serious questions of the Roachman and the so called "Professional" negotiating comittee that was put out there.
