You want to prove your theory? go to other union websites and post the executive compensation of those unions with similar membership numbers to the IAM and then you will have both an interesting & valid assement for whether IAM executives are over or under compensated versus their peers in other unions.
In fact I'm surprised you haven't done that already unless you did and the numbers were so unfavorable that you dare not post them!
