Well, I guess that's an interesting way of putting it.
I'm just a simple negotiator and Union supporter who believes that a Union exists to increase the benefits and wealth that it's members enjoy in the aggregate. It's not just money... it's wealth, quality of life, standard of living, time with family, and professional respect. If it is worth it to you to sacrifice that for not just yourself, but for 6,000 other people, over what in the end (let's face it) is not much more that a breach of contract, than go for it.

I'm just not sure that when you run the numbers your position makes much sense.

East 767 Captain is at Industry LEADING $144/hr and we all know the east is burning up the pay scales with its extremely high rate on the 330 at the block busting rate of $160/hr neither of which is 20/hr more than west 737 capt at $142. Gotta another lie you wann tell????? Plan on rotting under loa93 as you lost the snap back and your beloved union is afraid to tell you. Hey I say dont honor the arbitration on the snapback and you guys stage a massive walk out cause the arbitration is senile right 🙄

You bring up that attrition a lot and it shows your fear! Now you want to attack flying skills you are so cute!! I know you are worried about being JR to our most JR pilot in the west. OMG dont say that 😱 I thought the east led the industy in pay and benefits. I mean they make bold statements like "I can live on LOA93" while running to Parker and Arbitration panels begging for parity and non provision snap backs. Dare that little upstart Spirit pilot make MORE than the great NYcitybusdriver??? How can that be as he was so confident in his retort that he was making more than an AWA narrowbody capt by 20/hr which I have proven BTW to be yet another in the long list of east lies!
