I'm very aware that the calandar says 2005, and the old Commercial Aviation "Slush Fund" is long since gone for "brothers" who were out on strike.

But,
NO Pilot group, in the history of commercial aviation has ever "gone on strike" MORE, over the years than the Pilots of "Big Red"

There are a zillion reasons NW could use for entering BK-11, BUT, would'nt it be Ironic if THE 1 thing that shut NWA down was managements brilliant move, to fire a shot across NW-ALPA's bow, with this "Champion" Bull #### !!!!!!!!!!!

That's right NHBB. If the pilots and the iam workers don't see that no matter what they give, or how much, or even how much they hate the AMFA, Steenlalaland is bent on running NWA into the ground, and claiming Chapter 11, or even Chapter 7 if it all goes south. He and his SERP buddies don't care, they walk with the golden parachute$ and move on to another corporation that needs some high paid idiots to show them how to destroy a viable company with arrogance and greed.

NWA might be looking longingly back to the good ol'day's of revenue sharing. With oil at 67 it might be in NWA's best intereste to sit idle for a bit and let the rest of the industry bite the bullet.

If they could only con the rest of the industry to do revenue sharing again they would be in heaven.

How many years did the rest of the industry drag NWA along during strikes and shutdowns.

Repo man visits United's hangar

Lessor takes back 747, latest in Ch. 11 feud

By Julie Johnsson

Observers who think they've seen it all in United Airlines' chaotic bankruptcy are scratching their heads over the case of the vanishing jumbo jet.
A Boeing 747 that had been part of United's fleet for nearly 15 years was reclaimed Aug. 5 at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport by its owner, Wilmington Trust Co. The next day, United settled a lengthy dispute with leasing companies that own 105 other aircraft in its fleet.

Hey mag,, you still there ?????? helloooooooooooo???? 🙂🙂🙂
