lol standard defintion of the word, except its not the standard defintion of the word when it comes to the folks serving in the national legislature..The fact that members of Congress do not understand that they are all members on Congress is not surprising nor my concern. I'm using the standard definitions of the word.
thats like saying i dont care what definition of a "strike" in bowling is i know that you only get three of them in baseball... and ive decided to use "that" definition
The whole nation is voting for the two candidates (more if you want to count the Indies) for president.
it is not. no matter what the common "perception" is, the whole nation is voting for a group of electors in the electoral college.. its because of a lousy education system and people that continue to perpetrate this idea that you vote for a candidate. if they would teach and we would use the correct vernacular people would not surprised when they learn of the process. its is absurd to continue to pretend we are s democracy when we are guaranteed a republican form of government. and to be surprised and falsely advertise our republican form of government to that of pure democracy its maddening.
oh so you lose your rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness in time of war...That was a time of war and a bit different but believe what you want.
in time of war the state can decide you as a citizen who did nothing wrong do not have the right to due process...?
thank god the supreme court spanked this idea, but glad to see there are democrats(errr liberals) that still believe it...
simply frightening
I'm done.
ok... it was nice having the conversation with you, i hope you dont take lively debate as a sign of it being anything other.. have a nice day.
