Actually, they are hunkered down looking for ways to make life even harder for employees. They are so incompetent with the exception of holding employees down - they are focused on enhancing those skills. They are studying old videos of Frank Lorenzo, et al. There is a huge conspiracy running out of control in Tempe and they are getting concerned that they are running out of ways to make every employees life miserable. It's Doug's and Scott's mission in life. They wake up every day focused on this single mission to have the worse airline and employee relations. There is no need for them to focus on profits.

Have you even been to an airport or on an airplane recently? And you can still type your "funny" commentary on the situation? Need to get out of the office and hit the front line for a couple days, then come back and post. Things arent as bad all around as painted here, but they arent pretty out there either. :down:

If it wasnt their mission to have bad labor relations they would not have hired Jerry Glass and Al Hemenway.
They would have settled the ALPA, AFA and IAM transition agreements and would not have gone back to bankruptcy court over a year after exiting to stop an arbitration they have all ready agreed too.
