So the Employee Travel Center has 'parsing' problems again tonight. The input sequence required to use it isn't working I guess.

How many customers and how many employees are pissed off by this incompetence?

If this company pays the current VP or Director of IT 10 cents an hour they still lose money.

Is a competent IT VP too expensive for a low cost carrier?
