Hmmm....let's see, did the ankle bracelets and gang memorabilia give anybody a clue to how dedicated these employees would be? Unfortunately, that's as good as it gets in Philly!
These are not USAirways employees, they are contract cleaners from a company called "Sanitors".
Your comment "that's as good as it gets in Philly!" doesn't seem quite fair to the U East employees in PHL
I think theft by contract cleaners is a problem everywhere.
In reality that's "as good as it gets" everywhere that USAirways chooses to go with a outfit that seems to hire anyone willing to work for peanuts, coke, beer and Liquor.
USAirways management chose to go the route of contract cleaning due to what they perceived to be a much lower cost VS using U's utility workers. After adding in the cost of theft by the so called lower cost cleaners,I wonder if they even realize a savings.
It would appear that management just turns their heads to theft by these contract cleaners as I know management in my sta. have been notified that it is going on and they didn't even make a half hearted attempt to check into it.
