All the newer PI planes had them and the last livery PI had all had the identifiers so yes the heritage plane should have it.

did PI ever put the aircraft type on the tail of the F-28 and F-100s?
I know that the 737s and 767 had it, any other had it?

Only the newer 737-300s, all the 737-400s and all the 767s had the identifier on the tail.
