What is it with the Inflight management types. Quite qwhile back I flew with Sherri Groff and what a miserable puss she had on. It didn't help any that she was sitting in my seat 3D and had to move to 4D!
Then of course she saw my cockroach pin and frowned even more. I was going to speak to her and really put a bug in her bonnet, but said to myself "Screw her".
Must be company policy to to walk around with a miserable look on your face if you're in that position.

Management thinks they get respect by being hired to management. When the reality hits that respect does not come with association, they are somewhat, glum.
Interesting managers are treated like passengers, lie to raise expectations, always provide less. Should be USAirways motto:
Promise more, provide less.
