Scheduled for 13 days? That sounds like a 320 s check, how long for a 330 s check?

A330-300 S-Check 23 Days as scheduled...However ST Mobile Aerospace has shot that all to hell excluding the initial damage that took place to 674 in SJU , then the added time it sat in CLT awaiting U Management to decide what direction to send it in for repairs? That is just wasted time..and does not count toward how far this aircrafts return is over-due from BFM itself. The issue is one of our largest airplanes being made un-available far longer than it should have been....but employee salaries in the 30 to 50k range is what's killing this company? WRONG !
Facts are...They damaged the airplane further while attempting to wiegh it...and a number of other ill prepared issues have continued to drive the return to service further behind. 700UW knows what he speaks regarding the safety committee too..fliboi doesn't know his butt from a hole in the ground once again.
674 will likely leave BFM today....but it will do so with a number of items from the next inbound S-Check that has already arrived there. That would be Acft 671 for those of you seeking facts but not willing to aknowledge truths. Right usfliboi ?
Bottom line on making ETR's ..do the work right..do it by the book and have the resources where the work is being performed , without all the criteria met ? A cheaper deal becomes an expensive deal...but the issue was driving people away from USAirways , not getting the same quality cheaper.
Nice job , mission accomplished on getting rid of people...now the money can trickle away on all the the problems associated with third party work itself and over-extended lines of logistical support between the company , the vendors and BFM itself.
Those outside of the Maintenance circles do not know what we "in the circle do"...we know how long it takes to do a given job...and we also know what its like waiting for the resources to arrive to perform the job. Adding Mobile into the mix has just made things far more protracted , when a thurough streamlining of the system was what was in order to save real money in very simplistic terms for those whom can't grasp or except the errors in what's taking place here.
Sadly again , it was all about getting shed of as many U Employee's as possible...the money will just slip away in another direction , namely into Bronners state of Alabama for a prime example
. The end result on the balance sheet will still have Lakefield or the next flavor of the week asking for more before U comes out of Chapter 11 this time. Bank on it !!
