CTD - The senior pilot for Air Glaciers in Switzerland whom I was staying with when last over there does a yearly stint to Nepal flying an Indian 407 and they regularly do flights up around the very high levels. He showed me a few pics where they wear oxy masks for some of their heli skiing trips. Sort of extreme skiing I would presume.
