It seems to me the company would rather continue to run understaffed and pay understaffing fees. This has been the case since the July furloughs and continues today. One would hope AA could get it together soon beacause ultimately the customer is the one who pays the price for understaffing. There are a lot of passengers already being bumped off of flights because they are full. AA needs to continue to add service. It should be very interesting to see how this all plays out this spring and summer. I currently work for a major cruise line here in Florida and they are already spreading the word to their agents to try and avoid AA becuase of the full flights. This ought to be a Very interesting summer! BTW, Who is running this Airline? Carty Junior? <_<
