<_< At one time this was the life we choose. We all enjoy our work or we would not be here. We now have to make the choice of moving on or trying to stick it out with an airline with no direction. We all have a choice to make now, stay for less or move on. Provide for our families and ourselves with a new job or stay for less. We have had it good for so long that we are so complacent that we do not go above and beyond for tha PAX. Do not ever forget the customer pays our salary and we should do everything with in our power to make them come back. Yes I know the customer wants the cheapest fair but if you provide the best service to these foks they will come back and we could offer cheaper fairs. Hell an empty seat we should never have. If you can get thirty forthis seat it is better that zero. Get the planes in the air not sitting on the ground for an hour to an hour and a half.Get the MECH off the push backs,deicing and other things that are a waste, but open an engine and brake shop and take the buisness from others and make a killing. We have such great resources and this airline will nopt take advantage of them. We could have such a great airline if we just had someone with direction at the helm, and not trying to rapwe our employees .
