Anybody have a ball park figure for retirements in the next 5 years.... 10 years? Use age 60 for simplicity.

What department are you talking about?

If your talking about pilots there is a chart in one of the domiciles (CLT maybe?) that shows the entire current group and when they'll retire.

F/As theres no mandatory age so only death will take them.

Nah! Once those old senior mamas die, they will crawl out of their graves and come back to work just to annoy us so we can't go up in seniority. They'll do anything to keep their blocks! Last I checked, they don't have a blockholder system "on the other side."

Would it be good to have the F/A's go out with the Pilots?
Uh...What?
You are talking about dating right?
Cuz if you're talking about mandatory retirement, I think that a person should be able to work for as long as they are physically able and willing to do so, regardless of age and occupation.

The cadre of furloughed US (east) pilots runs the entire spectrum of age. There are "old farts" in the most junior hire dates, many of whom will never be able to return to mainline (i.e. other than E190) because they will be past 60 before the mainline recall takes place. Indeed, this scenario has already taken place probably dozens of times.
