My hope is that one fine day the RICO legislation can be used against legal "looting" of companies, as represented by the truckloads of money Wolfe and Gangwal walked away with, knowing full well they were leaving a dying company and that their personal failures contributed substantially.

I think a union could best bring the suit in behalf of its members whose injuries can easily be proven, particularly well in the US case.

So far, I'm the only one I know with this view; of course, I mostly know management folks, which probably explains it.
