There will be nothing labor friendly in this Chapter 11 go around. You had that "opportunity" (for what it was worth) prior to today.

Since when does having an agreement with this abominable management meant anything?? Pilots tried that in BK1 and look what they got....the company going after more <_< !!

Blatant violation of the mechanic's CBA all based on the company's interpretation of the language?? Funny but it wasn't so interpreted when the CBA was inked!!

They should rename the company Bait-n-Switch Inc. That would about cover it. So sit back and observe how the employees get hosed but yet again.....and never mind the fact that UAIR's non-labor costs remain the HIGHEST in the industry!! Perhaps you can explain to all of us why the company hasn't done jack to address this matter but are justified in picking our pockets for a 3rd time!!!

Why don't you go fly somewhere else

I tell you E-Trons, it would sure make debating a lot simpler if some would come clean and freely admit their inveterate contempt for the employees. They wouldn't have to preface their arguments with clinical enlightened talk of the business, since they're going to admit their bias sooner or later.
