In res the PI people got was a big raise in 1989 from what we had been making and then we saw no other raise until we became unionized in 1999(I am referring to those employees that had topped out, everyone not topped out kept moving up). There was also a period of time in the 90's that we had our pay decreased. From 1989 until 1999 we didn't get cost of living increases, we saw our pension stopped, PDO instead of vac & sick (reduction of vaction time when we converted to PDO), a change in how the company paid workers' comp., and I may have forgotten if there was anything else that was taken away. When I left (EO), reps that had topped out were making less per hour than we made in 1989, another reduction in vacation time, reduction in number of holidays, reduction of the % the company contributed to the 401k and higher costs of insurance, just to name a few items.
