Please confirm or deny! Heard Frank S. came and talked to dayshifters in PHX and told them snapback was a done deal for the easties. Please don't slam me for trying to spread rumors. Just trying to get to the real scoop since good ole Frank S. never tells anything to us lowlife west graveshift workers. :huh:

Ok, does that mean it is true that the company agreed to the snapback of wages for the easr m&r? Iam not looking to start trouble, just looking for some confirmation. As I said before, we here in the west feel like mushrooms most of the time. 🙂

No agreement has been reached.

The company has taken the IAM to Bankruptcy court to stop the arbitration and the IAM has filed suit in District court to force it.

I would love to see the old pay scale back,and all you guys brought in to enjoy it.I have heard no word on it being a done deal.I just hope for the best.

I understand that the west side was down to the money talk in your negoiations with the company,maybe this will all blend together....seeing that the snap back will eventually cover everyone.

The westies get more benefits than the east siders in fleet also. Last I checked, the east siders didn't even get paid if they called in sick, yet they still gave up a large portion of their profit sharing to the westies, and will most likely give up the winning arbitration lotto ticket to help preserve a dozen stations out west that only have a combined membership of a couple hundred folks. I haven't heard many east siders complain, I'm just mentioning the facts.
I'm not sure how the westies can think they are getting the short end of the stick unless they all have the "you owe me" mentality. In which case, nothing would suffice.

There are no seperate negotiations for the west going on.

You get paid 50% pay for the first five sick days, unless you are hospitalized than it is 100%, I know this is for M&R, not sure about Fleet.

for fleet the first day is unpaid regardless then it is 50% days 2 thru 5 then on day 6 it goes to full pay

For those of you that don't know Frank all you need to remember is his standard words whenever the company violates or wants to change the agreement. "OH, They can do that". I have heard it a million times..

Remember.. Frank S said its a done deal that the new 7 bay Super Maintenance hangar will be built in PIT and that they will be recalling 3000 mechanics.. Top of the line facility, done deal. They will be clearing the land soon. Frank says so.

Yes the Frank S memorial hanger,state of the art.Modular,easy to add on too.White floors and lights that really work.Humm seem to re-call that.
