Then why are "West" F/A's terrified of getting written up or fired all the time????? I pass-ride on West metal a lot and I hear constantly about employees writing each other up and getting fired for the most minor of infractions. Not that I'm a big "rule-breaker" but there seems to be a real paranoia in the "West" about being written up or fired.

...it doesn't happen in the East........

although there does seem to have been an increase in intimidation of East employees by Tempe..

The "trouble" experienced by employees is most certainly NOT coming from "East mid level managers"
