The Star Alliance has added a condolences page to the home page of starallianceemployees.com (Internet access required) as a way for employees in the member carriers to express their condolences to their fellow employees of Spanair. Since the link was added last night, more than 200 employees have expressed their sympathies for those who were onboard the MD-82, and their best wishes to the Spanair employees who are carrying on in very difficult times. The Star Alliance will gather the condolences and send them to Spanair next week.
