Through the grapevine I heard that July 7-9 the station managers and MOD's will find out who loses their jobs.

This should be interesting. Office Politics and Good ol Boy network really will shine here.

The ones who go to bat for the employees will most likely get booted out..the ones who treat em like crap..will stay?

Somebody posted the method of reducing magagement ranks in the past. Anyone have the link or a description?

I go there for flight listing and check in.

Absolutely nothing else besides Oct health sign up.

They will take credit for all the management that was going to - or already have since January 1, 2012 - quit or retire and say they cut 20% of management. The faces you see now at your station are most likely going to remain the same save for a few that aren't in the clique.

This isn't the Crandall "cut 20% of today's headcount" system. This is the management shell game. "We reduced 20% of operational management, oh but we added this new fleet surveillance and compliance department that added back in that 20%. You can't count them because the FAA said we have to create this new department due to the FAR's."
