Can anyone add info to this ,, how many 800's in 2012, the routes etc... would be interesting to see a route map.., so add your 2 cents please,,credit goes to gizmoNC,,, i am not smart enough to figure all this out,,,

the 737-800 is due at Southwest during Feb 2012. It has to have ETOPS certification before heading to HNL. GK stated right after they were ordered that they would be used first at slot restricted airports like EWR. ETOPS manager was hired in Dec 2010 I think and internally WN is working on setting up HNL but again ETOPS has to be certified first. So what is the real SWA plan????

N 36980 Boeing 737-8H4(WL) (On Order) N8301J
N 36983 Boeing 737-8H4(WL) (On Order) N8306H
N 39882 Boeing 737-8H4(WL) (On Order) N8600F

Anyone smart enough to SEE the big picture,, because GK is letting the air out of this balloon very slowly!!!
