Last week, the National Labor Relations Board’s general counsel found that Wal-Mart unlawfully threatened to retaliate against employees if they engaged in Black Friday strikes. The retailer also disciplined workers who did strike, the NLRB’s general counsel said. The findings will become NLRB complaints against Wal-Mart unless the retailer settles with employees.

Necer said there was. I do not think the min wage is adequate.

What law aee you referring to?

I agree with this as well but belive th wage needs to be raised.

So some of you are telling the boards that an inner city school in poverty gives their students the same opportunity than a school in an upper class neighborhood?
there are federal laws that allow a student to attend a school in another part of his district if his home school is underperforming.

And yes magnet schools and other programs allow students to move within their own district to obtain education that is in many cases better aligned with their career choices as well as schools that are stronger educationally.

Don't you think Black Friday has a racial overtone that should be looked into?
The stores are telling White People to stay home. Part of the War on Christmas.
