Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

“Seems like we have our first winner for the COMPANY SUCK UP AWARD... PINK PANTY AWARD or whatever you want to call it......... Keep up the good work by screwing all your fellow pilots that are trying to get a contract we deserve. If you have a good reason please let everyone know.” Around this same time, a card was placed in a pilot’s mailbox stating: “CONGRATULATIONS! You’re a WINNER! Your heroic effort to help management achieve their bonus checks has earned you the Pretty Pink Panties award[.] Do you want a new contract? EARN IT[.]”

What a bunch of hypocrites.

USAPA singles out one pilot for not following their script while the majority of USAPA supporters fly 85 plus hours month after month.

You guys think you can get a contract without making any real sacrifice.

Doc 1 - Company Complaint
Doc 4 - Cleary Summons
Doc 10 - Motion for Preliminary Injunction
Doc 11 - Memo In Support
Doc 21 - Motion for Preliminary Injunction

Doc 1 - Company Complaint example - USAPA is directly instigating the illegal slowdown by encouraging pilots to delay flight departures, not complete certain training requirements, decline to fly on the basis of fatigue, increase maintenance writeups, and generally slow down in the performance of their duties — and also by threatening to expose and retaliate against those pilots who do not participate in the slowdown. Although USAPA is encouraging pilots to change their behavior under the guise of “safety,” USAPA’sown communications confirm the true purpose of its campaign is illegally to slowdown US Airways’ operation in order to gain leverage in contract negotiations. For example, USAPA encourages pilots to “Fly Safe” and “slow it down!” in a publication describing what it will take for US Airways’ pilots to win their “battle” for a new contract. And USAPA’s Strike Preparedness Committee — not its Safety Committee — issued a publication stating that “it is time for us to make a concise and powerful statement that we will no longer tolerate unfair working conditions” by “MEET[ING] OR EXCEED[ING]” all “safety standards” “in every single decision that we make” and concluded by stating that “[a] storm approaches.”

omments: I believe USAPA is dead.

And if they are, who will be there to bail you out the next time you are fired; you moron.

In my situation ALPA attorney Paul Girdany and myself did all the work and it never went past the hearing with the Senior Director of Flight Operatinos. Too bad there are so many people who are the real morons around here for performing illegal actions.

The Company fired a Patriot Missile at USAPA and it hit USAPA's WWHSs dead center and has blown up the union. And, for those survivors all they need to do is wear their yellow lanyard after August 1 or stick there head of of the fox hole and do something stupid and they will eiter be fined or terminated.

US Airways' complaint is so strong against USAPA that once the injunction is issued all the union has to do is sneeze and they will be in contempt of court.

Agree 100%. The west ops #s were the nail in the coffin, the smoking gun evidence. Parker has the potential to finish the USAPA thugs with a nice $40 million judgment. Can any eastie please define "solidarity" for us now? 😀

Edit: Chip, there will be a couple Yellow Neckers on August 1st, true believers in Cleary, who will continue their jihad against the fine employees and customers of LCC. Early attrition? Lol

Guys....Please remember that the few guys that have been carrying out these actions are just that....a few... Doug said in his State of the union it was about 100. I have flown with many who have openly said that they were "not on board!" There have been numerous complaints sent to corporate from fellow employees who are fed up. Not too mention the hundreds of Charimans who have caught on to what has been happening! Bravo Doug!

And I'm sure you will be right on your hotline to the CPO informing on your brethren. Your behavior will soon catch up to you. I'm surprised you have lasted this long. From what I hear, you have a hard time flying with that pesky laptop constantly in your way.

Keep in mind that the documents filed are but ONE side of the story. USAPA will have the opportunity to defend itself against those charges.

If as someone stated the number of pilots participating is as low as 100 out of 5,000 the court may or may not be inclined to issue an injunction. What is interesting is what would happen if the injunction were not granted at the hearing???

There are Muslims that believe blowing themselves up and killing innocents will get them a bevy of virgins in the afterlife. So I guess there might be some east pilots willing to believe wearing a yellow noose around their neck will get them a fat contract and DOH. ???

all of this sure sounds the reason why flights 910/1475, 1222/1793 were real late for roughly 3 or 4 weeks in a row. I figured they were having a contest to see how late they get to BWI and the turn around

You're funny. Yeah, numbers lie.
Baseline numbers prior to 5/1, East vs West numbers- black and white. I guess the easties were a little wrong in their calculations on the importance of the west...

Now their myopia and complete unprofessionalism may catch up to them.

I would love to see the east jackasses defend themselves against these numbers.

Many of you don't understand just how deeply the company can go with these metrics. Using the west ops, Express, and his historical data gives the company a whole lot of ammo.

Looks like they've loaded their nukes.

Wish I was in the CLT USAPA HQ today watching those FPL eaters figure out what they're going to do next.

Oh, and BTW, Seham was against this work action and counseled them against it. Guess they didn't listen.

I know what's they're doing next. Right now they're drawing straws to see who's going on the next Costco run to pick up a fresh palate of Depends.

Kinda quite around here from the usual faithful subjects. I guess their busy destroying hard drives and distancing themselves from IP addresses.

GOOD LUCK "END OF ALPA"
