Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

So I jumped into this thread to catch up on something called an injunction and I'm reading about things that I believe belong on the pilot thread and/or in a toilet.

What is the latest news concerning the injunction that us filed against usapa?

The news is Franke Air blew their mission, like every other endeavor they undertake. USAPA PILOTS are free to roam the country, unencumbered by evil Franke Air mgt.And western backstabbers.....

There is only one side with the leverage to solve this problem and they (you) choose not to. USAPA needs to be honest with its members about the true effect of the Nicolau award and then put out a contract to vote on that includes it. If it fails miserably (and polls are taken to prove it was solely the fault of the Nic) then there may be justification for some changes in the contract including the possibility of some modification of the Nicolau list.

But allowing USAPA to choose sides AND charge the people it is damaging through its tactics is grounds for a damages-laden DFR.

Read closely. The Franke Air mouthpiece MAY allow modification. Best advice is to steer clear of western snakes.

The east operation? What are you talking about? We work for the same company, the same management. We talk to the same schedulers and the same MX come to fix our aircraft.

What is the difference?
Separate ops until a combined contract. In the inevitable future corporate transaction, PHX base is a pariah. Best of luck to you.

They way clubby phrased his post indicated that he was talking about every flight he makes. I even said "If I understand ..." and got no clarification that he was only talking about one flight number on one route. That's why I questioned the his "every time". We both know that there are certain flights where one has to work to be late landing unless unusual delays are encountered - CLT-TPA landing south and CLT-JAX come immediately to mind because of the way the flight plan was filed. So when I understood him to mean every flight he flew every time he flew and didn't get clarification otherwise, I assumed (and still do) that that's exactly what he was claiming and hence my "overstatement" comment.

Seems like at the last crew news (PHX maybe?) someone asked about this exact thing happening regularly on one of the PHX morning pushes and there was some discussion about why it was happening and what the company was doing to alleviate the situation. But my question would naturally be - "If this was happening months ago, does it explain the apparent increase in taxi times starting on May 1?" That's what Lee's data shows, unrebutted by USAPA. So airplanes which had had few problems, CLT construction was non-existent for over a year, rampers that had been on their toes, etc - all that changed overnight between April 30 and May 1?

Dear Jim,
Did you write up every discrepancy, every flight every time? I am not sure I understand your reluctance to answer, sure, i am an a s s h o l e, but I don't understand your position, Do you think an airplane would ever leave the ground if pilots didnt apply some judgement to writing things up, If you boarded an airplane in New Orleans (contract maintenance) with 30 min to push and found the velcro on the escape rope cover pulled off would you write that up then and there knowing you would take a delay and crewmembers would miss a commute home or would you carry it. I am an F/O hired in 99 with 8300 total hours and I would like to know how a Captain with as much experience as you would handle this. I would let it slide and write it up at home unless i wanted the delay for political purposes ( if it were my decision). What I infer from your previous posts is that you wrote up everything everytime and pilots who did not do this were "novices". and I am suprised by your "fundamentalist"viewpoint because it smacks of bullshirt. Also, If in the past east pilots were erroneous in their thinking and let minor things slide for their own convenience, would your position be that they must contine to do so because that is the status quo or do you recommend that they start following the example of a professional such as your self ( me being an a s s h o l e here) and start a zero tolerance policy like you had as a captain. Please don't continue to frustrate me, I really can't find your posts with questions for me but i would be happy to answer them.

Love,

sure, i am an a s s h o l e, but I don't understand your position

My position is simple. If someone else repeatedly asks questions but refuses to answer any I figure he's what you admit you are. So I stop answering.

What I infer from your previous posts is that you wrote up everything everytime and pilots who did not do this were "novices".

You infer wrong (nothing new there), as I've expained before. I was responding to an eastie that referred to westies carrying write-ups as novices. I was merely asking if he applied the same standard to easties who carried write-ups prior to the "safety campaign".

Franke Air disciple, are you really that clueless to believe any eastern div pilot would ever trust your group after all the back stabbing? You are the most clueless and obviously unemployed of all. You will never combine with eastern pilots. Your group can never be trusted and thankfully you demonstrated that clearly. Forewarned is forearmed.
Yawn. Youre a waste of a read.

What is an "inabler"?

Its cute when you try to post something funny and the funny thing is you.

Sad that you are not able to spell enable.

You claim to be an HP retiree. The previous posts are cartoons of your ceo, who presided over management pilots drug running and scabbing in Australia. Your current ceo is a drunk with 4 dui's.

You do not have the ability to recognize the spell you have been associated with. Say hi to the pervert scotty for me, have not heard from him in awhile.
