Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

There has been talk that if the East pilots win LOA93 the company will not pay up or claim that they can't afford to pay out that kind of cash. I disagree.

Parker has said that we can achieve raises but not industry standard......LOA93 is still less than the industry standard, and if the win includes back pay for the last 18 or so months....that's just the penalty for not paying as they should have instead of holding out.

Man you east guys are clueless. Do you think your paycheck will increase the next pay period after the award, if won, is announced? Do you not understand the remedy phase and the length of time it will take to get through that?

And who's to say the company has to honor an arbitrated award? Ironically, you've set the precedence.

But it's all moot. You've lost. Once again, call TP.

You think you're smart...call TP. She has no more legal ability to share the info than you do...you're full of ****!

Again, a big difference between an internal union award and an award like Kasher's. Sure there may be a remedy phase, but the clock will be running...pay us now or pay us later with mega back pay.

Look, you guys won't see jack. It'll never happen. Parker doesn't go around stating publicly that the east has a zero chance of winning. He knows, Tracey knows, I know, and deep down you know.

And there is no difference with those awards. An arbitration is an arbitration. The company would have kept this spinning for years if you would have won.

You wont see a snap back either way.

Oops.....you forgot to state that that is your humble opinion.

So.....I have been thinking about how you are on here probably more consistantly than anyone else. If you were a regular line pilot, there would be times when you were on a trip and unable to get online for periods of time. Due to that fact, I have to believe that you really are Jerry Glass or his equivelant.....or are sitting junior reserve.

In either case, you opinion is worthless and just propaganda. You don't know squat.

Addington? What is Addington. For some reason it seems to have been ERASED!
Erased really? It sure gets cited a lot. Take the time to read all of the legal filings. Count up the number of times it is mentioned.

If it was erased how are smart lawyers quoting it? Is lexis/ nexis conspiring against usapa too?

Financial advice from a 28 year old who bought a new yacht and upgraded to a 7,000 square foot house after Nic was announced?

Come on now Black Schwantz, this spanking fetish you have with Wake is getting weird.

You forget to point out that it's 2 to 2 with the judges regarding Addington and that's not on the merits but merely ripeness. Please point that out from now on.

And, since Seham did his job, USAPA then shows him the door and audits his billing? Is that how it works?

There is a reason Al Gore doesn't keep whining about the judges votes in 2000. The Florida Supreme Court ordered the manual recount must continue, by 4 votes to 3. Then the US Supreme Court ruled the counting was already complete by a vote of 5 to 4.

See, Al Gore could point out the vote was 8 to 8, but then he would look like Leospanker.

Like I said, 2 to 2 and the dissent was on ripeness, not merit. Judge Silver sure like to reference Addington in ger hearing.
