So I should tie your word on the Nic over the 9th? The Nic is purely a bargaining proposal, and the rest of us will take the court over the angry and uninformed. Addington was not a DDR conviction either. It was erased. It is nothing but a smoking hole where two million was spent. The system uses transponder signals and other input to know and track the location of aircraft on the airport.

CLT was one of the airports selected by the FAA for installation of one of Sensis' products - ASDE-X - which became operational in October 2007. Apparently BS just became aware of it or only now has a problem with it. BTW, BS, can you cite the section of the contract that bans the use of transponder signals by the company?

LOA 93 is an ALPA agreement. USAPA has nothing to do with it other than the arbitration with regard to pay. Even if it is a loss, it is not any issue with same. It was ALPA that was the failure.
