USAPA is sure as hell holding up the contract. Who reopened almost all the closed sections? Who has staffed the NC with pilots that have had no neg experience.
What so damn funny here is the the east pilots don't realize the Cleary doesn't want a contract. Not for a while. You thunk USAPA hasn't figured out this Nic thing yet. You don't think they know there is no way around the Nic?
USAPA is going to capture it's left seats through attrition. That takes time and no contract.
You east guys are puppets in Cleary's plan.
I suggest that you take the time and educate yourself. Find the report from Dr. Lee and all of your questions will be answered. Do you really think that this data driven company is going to throw out some half assed numbers without being about to back them up in front of a judge? This is not usapa and the judge is not some follow the leader brain dead "good union pilot" that does not some hard questions. All of your questions have been taken into account and adjusted for. The report is about 50 pages long.Interesting chart, though I gotta ask, what's it based on? I see a date and a percentage, up to 45 or so. So uhmmm...does that mean 35% of the east flights have write ups? Or 35% of the writeups are an increase to what it was or what? Is it per flight or per airplane or??? Obviously the east has more planes, so statisticually there are going to be more write ups east than west....especially as we still have a lot of 737's......
Sure the lines increase, but increase in comparison to what historical data. How about a actual number or write ups, in relation to the number of write ups last year. In addition, how many of those writeups were false write ups? No discrepancy found?? If nothing was wrong, then yes it's a bad write up. But maybe, just maybe, pilots just started following company and FAR rules that write ups go into the book. Company has been harping on that for awhile.
So are the West pilots carrying mtc items??? and do the feds know about this? Do you leave sticky notes in the cockpit to alert the next crew what's wrong with the aircraft? Or do you just tell them on the jet way?
I hear Cleary saying "WE WANT A CONTRACT" and filing suit over the slow pace of negotiations. I hear Parker/Isom saying that we are literally YEARS from a contract. Who is right?
Once again, I don't see management running to an additional $80 to $100 million a year in pilot costs. CERTAINLY not out of the goodness of their hearts. No way. Isom said last week that the contentious parts of the contract haven't even been touched yet.
But, you believe what you want...
Driver <_<
I'm not anybodies puppet. I can read, I can comprehend, and I generally know BS when I hear it and I hear it every time one of management opens their mouth.
The Airman's Information Manual says to taxi at the pace of a brisk walk. Now I walk on my treadmill at 3.5 MPH, and that is pretty brisk to me. So now I am going to be sued/disciplined for that?
Yes it is. I do not know where the $400 million figure came from. In my first post referencing it, I said it like this $400 million????? $400 million????. See all the question marks and the repeat of the figure? That was my way of saying, is that right?
I did not read the entire request for the injunction. It is 43 pages long. Is there even a dollar amount listed in there, if so I missed it.
Hey assshole, explain to my why you started deviating from the norm on May 1st?
Airplanes start breaking at a higher rate not that date? Amazing how everything was tracking normally until that one day. No spikes. No dips.
The science behind these charts is far superior to what your little minds can handle.
And all the company needs to do is convince a judge and no one else. I think the judge will be impressed with what he sees.
Are you going to walk and show the company who's boss? Are ya tough guy?
Yes, you are. That AIM guidance applied only to airplanes without brakes and in any case I just searched and it doesn't seem to be in there anymore.
Don't have time to look in the aim,
BUT I'm sure if you look in the FOM, and many other training documents you will find sufficient guidance to actual taxi speeds, and pace at which to move the aircraft. In addition to the, if your ever in doubt, stop and set the brake. Pretty sure that is the companies line.....
Angry '05 hire, hoping guys get terminated to increase his rise to the coveted Left Seat.....his life will be complete...
