Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

Apparently you dont realize AA was awarded $45 million by the courts from the APA after their injunction was gotten by AA against the APA for a sickout.

Actually that was a fine because the sickout continued after the judge issued the injunction. The UAL pilots are currently under an injunction with a cease and desist order, I think for over a year now.

Does anyone in Charlottee know when the hearing for this injunction is to take place. It is rare that an injunction would be awarded without a hearing and because injunctions are time sensitive issues they are normally moved ahead on the docket.

Does anyone know when this hearing is to take place?

Unless it was granted on an emergency basis, an expedited process will likely take 2-3 months before the court would act.

This injunction is a waste of time on the company's part and will go nowhere, I don't think you can even show loss of profits on an injunction. Should be interesting to watch.

I'll make you the same $100.00 bet I offered the other nimrod. USAPA will be slapped with an injunction at the earliest opportunity.

Parker is going nowhere with this. Wait till USAPA brings the FOM in and the Judge sees the toxic environment here. Welcome back ROA Clt, and you are exactly correct on the AA issue. As usual.

For what?lanyards? The west and mgt are so paranoid. Look at them scurry around for lanyards that support their own safety campaign. They created their own problems when they jammed all those flights into clt and had to accommodate the shrinking presence in the PHX hub. Any intelligent person has seen the continued incompetence Parker is known for. Seham will relish the opportunity to show the problems are company induced. By the way, I think Kasher the Crasher will wreck the company s day very very soon. Buckle up!

Here is a little term the west and Isom better get used to and familiar with. FROZEN

An intelligent person understands statistical significance and multiple regression analysis and probability statistics and how they prove a concerted action. Its pretty much all there in black and white. But USAPA is like the police chief in "Casablanca"

"I'm shocked! Shocked to find gambling going on here!" as the croupier hand him his winnings.

Keep whistling past the graveyard guys, you all made it so incredibly obvious.

Please define "earlist opportunity". I understand Parker goes into convulsions when he sees a yellow taxi around town. 😀

The time line is entirely up to the courts to decide. Typical East myopia...you think this is all about your gay lanyards?!!

Seham fails time and again. The only opportunity he relishes is pulling wads of cash out of your emotionally unstable pockets.

Hey swan, you're living in an alternate reality again, making stuff up as you go to fit your view of the world. There is NO WAY USAPA is not going to get an injunction against them. The only question will be if there are damages awarded or not. But be prepared to have a nice disclaimer about the "cease and desist" order of the injunction pasted to the bottom of EVERY USAPA communication from now on. Just like UA. Welcome to the club.

The FOM has nothing to do with it. Once again you are throwing stuff out that you know nothing about. Just like your pom poms and megaphone with the ALEGED identity theft. How many people convicted or fired over that one as of yet. Your union painted you into yet another corner.

USA320Pilot comments: I believe 767jetz is dead-on accurate with his statement above. USAPA and its members are in big trouble. Why? I have been told by a person I respect that US Airways' intent is to seek damages, which the company articulated is about $36 million and counting. Furthermore, yesterday the court permitted US Airways to file even more declarations and exhibits. Why? I understand there is still some monkey business going on.
