I read the Wall Street Journal. The west pilots make me sick, again. What a tradition of strikebreaking and working with management. They rise to the occasion each opportunity. Out of the swamp. I also read the request. What is all the hoopla for, a taxi time less than a minute more? Franke Air is disgusting. No judge will buy into their accusations. They can't take your lanyards either. They can try, laugh at them, give them out. Is the company really that anti safety that they try to time your taxi speed? Look at the America West record. The FAA almost shut them down over their repeated safety violations. Franke Air better watch their steps. Taking Safety lanyards is the first mistake. Had they been smart, they would have ignored them, now they are the laughing stock of the industry, along with the western division that is ready to cross any picket line, take managements' side in any battle. They are disgusting. Don' t try for my jumpseat if you are west.

They cannot take your lanyards! HOWEVER they absolutely can fire your dumb ass if the lanyard violates a published dress code. This has been well established in law in both non union and union work places. For many years companies had prohibitions against facial hair on men. Now it's often piercings and such. Lanyards, Union pins all fall into this category.

Try it and catch a Station Manager or Chief pilot in a bad mood and find yourself yanked right off the aircraft. Think your union will back you? Not while they're on the skinny limb they're on now.

Sad to say if they get this injunction, USAPA is dead and Jerry Glass is going to pick your bones clean just like he did in the two BK's. How do I know? Because the same cast of characters that got their ass beat then are in charge now. SSDD.

So are you saying that you are seeking to go all in......If LCC does not capitulate to your DOH & LOA 93 "demands" (because you are not bound by any tenents of your choosing from the former CBA), then you seek to permanently harm the company and ALL 32,000 US Air employees?

The only reason that there is disruption is because "you" are causing the disruption. We have been making a PROFIT (even at $100 a barrel oil). USAPA & its supporters SUCK EGGS. USAPA and its supporters will go down in the history of commercial avaition as the biggest BOONDOGGLE ever.

The east just hates it when their airline makes a profit...they want to make sure that no airline they work for is profitable. They were pretty successful at it.
