I doubt US is going out of business in the next 24 to 36 months. If we survived going from being mins or hrs away from liquidation to being a profitable carrier then I know we can and will survive. May be a merger down the road is a possibillity. If any one thing is done it could be USAPA but i dont know.

This injunction is a waste of time on the company's part and will go nowhere, I don't think you can even show loss of profits on an injunction. Should be interesting to watch.

Does anyone in Charlottee know when the hearing for this injunction is to take place. It is rare that an injunction would be awarded without a hearing and because injunctions are time sensitive issues they are normally moved ahead on the docket.

Does anyone know when this hearing is to take place?
