Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

More arrogance. Looking down on someone because of what they do. Flying a plane does not make you a better person.

But you keep thinking that the company has no case. That way it will be a surprise when the judge rules. Just like LOA 93 is going to be a surprise and Nicolau was a surprise.

And Addington being overturned was a surprise...

Words mean everything...

Addington wasn't overturned - that would mean that the merits were explored by the 9th and the case was found to be without merit. It was ruled that it was tried too early, nothing more and nothing less - that's what not ripe means.

I won't split hairs over it. My point was, if you read my post, that what happened at the 9th surprised a lot of people.

OK?

Not really.

Ripeness was always in question here from the beginning. That was the basis of the whole rift between AOL and AWAPPA.

It sucked but we knew it was a possibility.

If that is the case, then why spend the money???

It was a possibility, not a certainty.

Now we know, for a certainty, that DFR 2 will be a win. I believe the term was "unquestionably ripe."

This is not a sickout 700. That is pretty cut and dried. Which write ups would you like me to ignor? Actually it is to our advantage that everything in Airbus is recorded. They can decode the failures in maintenance with a time stamp and I can document when I found it.

The only homework the company has done is some charts and graphs. I've seen them. If you get into specifics, their case wilts like a mushroom in the sun.

The company has deep pockets because they took it from MY pocket and by God, I want it back. I don't expect all of it but I expect them to be fair. "Us guys" are in a job we aspired to unlike yourself. That is just one more reason for you to hate us while you pass out tools or parts or paper towels or whatever you do these days.

What an Ass! You guys will get what you deserve.

Does ripe=win? Strange school you went to. Hey, did you ever hear anyone on the inside of AOL say "SFO would have lifted the injunction if they were going to rule against us."? I did.

Try reading some of the decisions.

And yes. Ripeness does mean a win.

If you think so maybe you need to do some reading. You may win, it's good to think positive, but ripe does not guarantee a win.
In this case it does.

It would be a bench trial with all the Addington evidence reused. It'll be cheaper and faster because the heavy lifting has already been done.

Guaranteed win, huh? Aquagreen, you agree with this Guy? Guaranteed win?
