Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

This is how the company is going to answer the "they're trying to tell pilots how to do their jobs" rebuttal I've seen on these boards:

Who has said that? It is the company's job to tell us how to do our job! It is when they tell us not to do what their manuals and the regulations tell us to do, that I have an issue!

How about the DFR II question I raised to you? Does ripe=guilty?

So, how fast will USAPA retreat? The company must be laughing at the USAP's and Cleary right now... I know I am!

So you are laughing at the damage being done to your company. Will it be funny when you are looking for a job?

Wow! Touchy today

Reread his post. Says nothing about laughing at damages. The laughter is directed specifically at Cleary and USAP.

I was cutting and pasting from the motion filed this morning. Doc 29-1.

I'm reading through these documents shaking my head.

Is this what Bradford envisioned four years ago?

I have no idea. I thought at the time they over simplified it, it's why I voted for ALPA even though I despised them. The thing is, I still think this is more Parker's fault. They are the leaders and had the ability to head it off, even if we wouldn't have liked the outcome. Instead he thought it was a good idea to let us fight it out.

+1 rec for PI. 100% agree!

ive heard thru the grapevine that since may at least 2pilots have been fired and number of others been disciplined for the actions any truth to that?

Where is Jamie "End of ALPA" Javeurek(sp?) He was such a prolific supporter of the "on Board" campaign but for some reason has gone into hiding in recent weeks. I'd love to get his "inside" opinion of the TRO request filed this morning. Perhaps he's too busy typing out the August edition of the "pink panties award" on his fancy new Ipad 2.

Another dark day for USAPIANS. Perhaps a game of pickle ball will ease the stress over there. Business as usual here on the West. Safe. Legal. and On time!!

Once again, advancing the M.O. of never taking any responsibility for anything. The East's temper tantrum and DOH meltdown is now the Fault of ALPA, Nicolau, The West Pilots, The Company, Judge Wake, The Addington Defendants, The Addington Jury, Judge Silver, the PGBC, and now Doug Parker.

Not the East Pilots.

Your groups reprehensible, illegal, costly, fratricidal behavior is solely, and strictly THEIR OWN FAULT.

I know you won't understand or accept any part of that but it still needs to be repeated when the little Violins come out for their pity party.

He is in school, upgrading to captain, again. Do you remember what that means?

Really the only one's I've blamed on that list are Nicolau and the company.

As for the violins, would you like me to tell you what you can do with them? And..............you are going to be paying for them for what is left of your career.

Pi;
The ONLY reason we may be looking for a job is due to USAPA's idiotic moves that threaten to burn this place down. USAPA has OUTSPENT nearly every other pilot labor organization in UNNECESSARY LITIGATION in the history of commercial aviation. Cleary is now operating in the red with NO CONTROL or RESTRAINT what so ever.

Laughing, NO. You kids have created a monster that is OUT OF CONTROL. USAPA & its supporters may finally be made to pay for the damages that you have inflicted on this company and the West pilots. Hang man is commin' down from the gallows and you don't have very long......(apologies to STYX).

NOTICE of Hearing on Motion re: [29] MOTION for Temporary Restraining Order : Motion Hearing set for 8/12/2011 11:00 AM in Courtroom 2, 401 W Trade St, Charlotte, NC 28202 before Chief Judge Robert J. Conrad Jr.

This is your only notice - you will not receive a separate document.(gpb)

I guess we'll be adding a new Federal Judge to the list of Anti East conspirators. Chief Judge Robert J. Conrad Jr. doesn't seem to be persuaded by USAPA's "safety" movement. Just like Judge Wake wasn't persuaded by USAPA's "DOH Labor" movement, or Judge Silver wasn't persuaded by USAPAs "No declaration needed" movement.

Brilliant union you've got yourselves there Easties. All is going according to plan, Cleary has them all exactly where he wants them!!!
