What's new

Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

Already bought a rental based on projected back pay. What about you?
It's said that a fool and his money are soon parted, but in your case it would be a fool who thinks he's going to cash in his lottery ticket so has already spent the winnings. Hope the mortgage payment is small enough to cover with LOA 93 pay...

Jim

Just what backpay are you referring to? Snapbacks? Retro?

You're not getting snapback and the chances for retro, or at least the amount you think you're going to get is near zero.

Boeing Boy is pretty much spot on.

I see Alaska didn't temper your old frustrations. Did you come up with anyone else to out while you were there?

No frustrations here, but sounds like those of you still working have plenty - still on LOA 93, no new contract, your union getting hauled into court regularly. Things are great with me, unlike you suffering in that stifling heat/humidity, having to work, can't just head out to Alaska (or anywhere else) for 2-1/2 months and counting of pleasure and fun. Can I add that the high today was 70 degrees? Or that I bought a new Harley for this summer's riding pleasure? Yes, it's understandable that you'd be frustrated...

Same old accusations still. You do realize that if you're right about who Nos/sum/Clax isn't I outed no one since I didn't reveal this real name? But you keep on telling me I had the wrong guy AND am guilty of outing someone by NOT giving their name.

I would love it that you were so rich you would not feel it necessary to post, but, that is certainly your decision.

I am certain you are talking about "fool and lottery ticket" about the west pilots. Not? I do not play the lottery. Perhaps I should?

BTW, in my case, the mortgage is always well less than the rent, but, then, your personal experience might suggest otherwise. Your point? Are you simply pontificating, yet again?

The "lottery ticket" I speak of is that LOA 93 grievance you hope to win so you'll get that "projected back pay" you supposedly used to buy that supposed rental property. Maybe you should have bought a real lottery ticket instead - more chance of it paying off...

Funny you should talk about me pontificating since you have more posts per day than I have.

Jim

ps - I would love it if idiots like you stopped posting. I've seen very little of value that you've contributed to the forum.

Returning to Alaska to fish and hunt in two weeks. Love it.

I know that a retiree likely gets little value from this forum, and, your point?

As a person who pontificates about the past, it is interesting (apparently only to me) seeing you try to wedge your fossilized "ideas" into a changed world. While your archeology of pilot unions may revive wishful thinking on the part of lottery winners, it really may not comport with todays reality.

Thanks for "giving hope" to the few left who actually think "slotting" is a good idea, but that is dead just like the US/Piedmont slotting form of merger.

Whoa, easy there.

Rather defense, aren't you?

Hey club,

Take his PS advice.

You gave out everything needed to look him up on the current seniority list and it wasn't him! He told you it wasn't him. I told you it wasn't him. Why was it removed? You are a liar and an all around scumbag.

Said the old man on a Harley. Watch those trucks now ya hear? Wouldn't want anything to happen to you, you'd leave such a mess on the road!

You can always dream scooter, you can always dream. See that post above you? Your former leader says SIC time is worthless.

He called me your "former leader". Current friend, I hope, but certainly no one's former leader.

So you can stop laughing now!

Yeah Jim. Is this how you bragged to your Empire F/Os about your lifestyle?

Let's be frank. If things are all that peachy why in the heck would you ever, ever feel the need to post here?

We all know your codename for your Rascal Scooter is "Harley." At least that is what the guys at the facility told us.

You better "scoot," Matlock is on at 11. I think it's the one where they visit Alaska for one of those special episodes.
