Temporary Injunction against USAPA filed today

So you know for sure and can prove the ALL westies change our name? Quite an accusation, would you be calling ALL of the moderators stupid because they are not as smart as you because they can not figure out that ALL us westies change our names?

Just how is the company going to get fined? For what? Do you think the judge is going to so believe usapa that instead of issuing an injunction he is going to turn around and fine the company? It does not work that way. Otherwise usapa would have had to write a big check for the RICO suit.
No, can't prove anything but all your old guys don't seem to be any more, so many new names with all the same BS. I don't know how you could say anything on the injuction I must have miissed you in the court room, it was a really poor display by the company, especially Hogg, wish we could have taped that one, but we will see soon. Enjoy your weekend my friend.

Tape? USAPA doesn't permit taping of their meetings, right?

Ah, Standard. Make mine a double!

OK, so which one are you? Luv? Pi?

Who got shut down today? AWE Shucks?

Wagers anyone?

what did i do except expose someone for being hypocritical with regard to preaching about carrying discrepancies and then not having fortitude to admit or deny whether he ever did that very same thing. That is called being a hypocriticizer.

Don't worry - someone will post it here as soon as word gets out. Personally, I'm a little surprised the judge hasn't ruled yet after he stayed the TRO and expedited the hearing - seemed that he was in a hurry to get to a resolution at that point. But it's been 9 business days since the hearing concluded and nary a peep from him.

On the bright side, if you were doing nothing to intentionally slow down the operation before the hearing just keep doing the same - get on with life as you normally would.

Just flew a flight where we got the "hey, you are early, slow down". We did, waited in PHX for parking crew some 35 minutes, were fifteen minutes after scheduled arrival late into the gate. Absolutely love it, just sitting back enjoying the view.

Mesa Grande, tempe!

Hey, it happens and I'm sure everyone has seen it - I know I have. All I've said is that if you're not intentionally doing anything to slow down the operation you have nothing to fear from an injunction (if one is issued). You should also not fear explaining what happened to your CP. As they say, the truth will set you free (plus it's a lot easier to keep straight than lies).

It does seem that some don't like that message, though. Perhaps because they know that the truth will indict them.

No, sir. Happens every single time that we do not jerk their chain first. Every time. Yet, the east pilots are accused of slowing the operation down. Yeah, right!

I certainly don't know, but why do I have the feeling that "every single time" is an overstatement? So if I understand you right, "every single time" you're running early, told to slow down (by dispatch presumably), are still early landing and end up late getting to the gate because of delays on the ground? Never running late to start with, never late getting into the destination airport, just to the gate? Not impossible, but statistically improbable.

I used to fly engineer and then fo for a captain who I kidded after I checked out. I'd tell him that he had his share of problems with airplanes and my share too, since it seemed that almost everything that could go wrong with an airplane happened to him while I had little go wrong. Maybe you're like him and have a dark cloud following you around.
