Just because things aren't happening today does not mean that it has not been noticed or that something will be done about it.

Do you have any idea of what is going on there? No and neither do I, but to say that people are just sitting around doing nothing is just wrong.

You assume quite a bit. Please don't suggest that I don't have a clue about what's going on where.

And as far as people "sitting around doing nothing," well, I think it's fine to go through the motions to try and impress employees and media, but suggesting innocuous changes to the US operation is similar to the Federal Government and its tradition of unfunded initiatives.

If Tempe does indeed take note of what needs to be fixed systemwide, they are playing their cards very close to the chest. Secret surprises are pointless and leave the employees feeling out of the loop, IMHO.
