Consolidation for TWU means the international has even less local officers to oversee and even more control. At least that is my theory. Anybody disagree?

And with Dons Bootlicker clause instead of having elected officers in the five hubs who are off the clock and not accountable to him now he will have people on "UBI" who are appointed by him on various "committees" like Chris Oryano, who are paid by the company.
The purpose is to make the elected officials irrelevant and have everyone go through somebody working for and accountable to Don and Bobby Gless if they want to keep their gig.
They are trying to make it as autocratic as the Teamsters but without the $53/hr pay, vacation, sick time, Holidays, workrules and pension.
