blah blah blah blah
I like the part... "we all hired in and stated we would do so"
We all stated that before the massive concessions were shoved up our arse
😉
Doesn't look very promising..was there not any oal contract that the stations could have picked up? LHR and LGW are class 2 also, but natural reduction in headcount is not being replaced, add the fact that several new oal contracts have being signed means that the shifts are at or below minimums most of the time. This is generating a lot of sick and overtime which is way more expensive than having to hire people to fix things....Surely there wont be a move to change the sytem to all class 1? who'll end up doing the work at line stations, contractors?
Same problem here, lack of manpower to cover contract work. Plenty of potential but management wants it done with the ever decreasing workforce. The OAL want some assurance that their work will be done promtly, not after AA's - can't really blame them.Doesn't look very promising..was there not any oal contract that the stations could have picked up? If you read this managers letter, he states that some nights there will be more work that the workers can handle. If this is the case, how do they expect to get contract work when we don't have enough workers for our own work on some nights.

You KNOW the answer to that question, AMFAMAN !
At "certain" maintainance bases/stations, AA still has "good ol' boys", who will give AA 120%, DESPITE the fact that their wages/benefits were RAPED by the very COMPANY UNION, that they voted for !!
THAT was an easy question to answer 🙄
NH/BB's
Some will give 120% and some will give 20%. 2 hrs work and 6 hrs sleep. 😛h34r:  Done and Down. The company knows this. The gravy train is over.
That's right! Those lazy management people  work for two hours and sleep at their desks for six  . Those managers need to be fired.
You're right, they are doing 4 tens. That's only eight hours -- most management people are there for at least ten hours, so you obviously left out their lunch period...
