All this proves is the Dougie is trying to blow sunshine up our skirts. He stood there and said the operation was improving and we were doing better in April than March .Just another lie from the King of the Sandcastle. Get to the root of the problem.
1) Get rid of Shares, this is the biggest drag on our operation. It does NOTHING well and makes things worse more often than not. Why are the passengers ticked off , because the switch to this garbage system has taken away all our tools. The agents are helpless to correct the problems since shares thinks it knows better.
2) Let some heads roll in Tempe, especially the IT dept and anyone in inflight and marketing who had anything to do with the aircraft reconfigurations.
3) Everyone knows what some of our most glaring problems are FIX THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4) If Scott Kirby is in charge of the day to day ops he better get his head out of his butt and take a look around somewhere other than LAS and PHX and see what havoc Tempe's decisions have caused east of the Mississippi.
5)The decisions from Tempe have caused many agents to leave , not necessarily for better but that they had finally had enough of the stupidity. If you want quality employess that know there jobs, Guess what you have to pay them and treat them well. Why is it in a station like DCA we are 100 agent short, 15-20 supervisors short, 5 shift managers short? Yesterday flights waited for 10- 15 mins just for a jetway driver. Hell even out bathrooms don't work. DCA has taken on the title of worst station in the system. Pilots now say we are worse than PHL.
6) This merger started out with lots of hope and promise,all of which Tempe has now thrown in the trash so it can push it's ideas of the LOW CLASS CARRIER. Since that was the model they knew prior to merger. HP was alwyas ranked near the bottom while US east ranked in the upper 3 or 4. Thank you Tempe you have done a marvelous job of creating the worst run airline in the USA.
