Enough is ENOUGH !!!

Where (NOW) are the local by local ' break-downs ' ?????????

" STOP SCREWIN' AROUND...T W Use-less " !!!!

We'll never see them. I wanted to see them from the last vote but the numbers never came out.

You can bet your arses that the TWU is using those break downs to secretly negotiate a new LBO.

This is just a continuation of the TWU treating us like mushrooms by keeping us in the dark and feeding us bullshxx...

Whats the purpose of this "FEAR" comment? Can't someone post a reply here without being accused of being FEARful?

It is not FEAR...but CONCERN!

What people need to be concerned with is the fact that Little, Gless & Co. are negotiating a new LBO behind our backs....
And DO NOT be surprised if LITTLE signs off on it "FOR THE GOOD OF THE MAJORITY OF THE UNION DUES, ER I MEAN, MEMBERSHIP!

You don't believe little when he said: " I want you to know that I will not sign nor move for court approval of the five tentative agreements until the process is complete."?

That's a loaded statement.... "UNTIL THE PROCESS IS COMPLETE."
What exactly is the end of the process? Another rejected LBO?
All he has to do is sign off on the M&R and Stores LBOs and the process is complete.
Some might think he would be foolish to do so with a looming AMFA or AMP vote in the future.
But I think he knows the TWUs days are over and might stick it to us for his own reasons.

You don't know how correct you are!!!

The SCAB iam knew they were on their way out when they let UAL close Indy. Indy was vocally pro AMFA and ANTI-iam. All you AA people, don't be surprised if the twu takes one last sucker punch on you guys, because this time it sounds like they are out for sure. Let's say I hope they are out and AMFA gets in.

We at UAL will be directly behind you in getting AMFA representation. You guys will be our kick in the ass. I'm getting proud to be an A&P again. It feels like 98-2003 all over again. It's a shame it takes our profession to get a beating to wake up and rid ourselves of these self serving SCAB ( iam, ibt ) industrial unions.

There will be no station by station breakdown. As I posted in another thread. I believe Chuck Shaulk asked the TWU International and they knew nothing about it. I called Ballot Point who held the election for the TWU. Ballot Point told me Dave Moses from the TWU ATD at Hurst Texas was the person to talk. so I did and he said that they did not have time. I said and now, he stated they did not have the data in that way....... His telephone number is in the original thread with his name, Davis Moses.

Hard to believe Ballot Point doesn't have a complete spread sheet with every imaginal breakdown. I'm talking age group, Line or overhaul, class one or class two etc. etc.. Moses was probably threatened not to release the data.

We have to say NO to another last offer. We already turned down the last and best company offer Mr. Little. Let the negotiating committee do their job in trying to get a T/A. Stop interfering in the normal process.

We need to get rid of TWU now.

as far as m&e goes....something along the lines of only 89% voted. Ramp was like 60% voted! i have a pic of all the vote counts by locals but i couldn't get it to link right. pic to the left is one of the numbers.
