It is with great sadness that we report the passing of TPA baggage service agent Gloria Krebs. She passed away Fri Dec 1st at her home. She started in 86 in SYR/UCA rez and transferred to TPA when the rez office was closed. Her son, Dan Fenus, was a mechanic for us and her daughter in law Joyce Fenus is also a baggage service agent in TPA. If anyone knew Gloria, Dan or Joyce and would like to send condolences, please PM me and I will send you an address for them.

Is this the same Gloria who worked in the PI Downtown Ticket office in SYR and then in the US ticket office in the Hotel Syracuse for a number of years?

I was advised that it is the same Gloria. They had a very nice service for her tonight. May she rest in peace.
I remember her well. She always had a very pleasant disposition. Gloria was a real credit to the airline. She was very well known and liked among the traveling public in SYR. My deepest sympathy and condolences to her family, friends and coworkers. Thanks for the info under these sad circumstances.
