Local 501 has a new President. The International wasnt happy to see the guys they tried to help the company terminate back in office. Little brought body guards to the swear in.

Well the international reinstated the YES man Todd Woodward of local 561
He will attempt to sway the other local presidents for a yes vote and another 2 years with no raises.

Todd Woodward the "yes" man for the twu was reinstated by the international but removed again by the e-board. So as of today he is out and we will hold elections for a new VP at the next union meeting

Miami is having a vice prez election as part of a back fill position.
I see Woodward is out again. Will he be back again in the near future?
Miami local 561 appears to have their hands full on this issue.
I am curious... is he out for good or not?
Anyone from Miami have an answer?

As of right now he is out. He had signed a letter a while back that if he fell off the wagon he would resign. The e-board and labor attorney used that letter to remove him from office. So as of right now local 561 is holding elections for a VP as larry Davis is acting prez. The saga continues

Here we go again. The international is coming to MIA today to (for a third time) reinstate Todd "yes" man Woodward. If the E-board does not agree then all officers will be removed and the local will be run by the international. Another fine exampl of the twu democracy.

I will post the results of the meeting when I found out more.
