As much as I deplored Wolf and Gangwall in days of yore, they at least demanded accountability and this would have NEVER happened on their watch. Having witnessed this International meltdown first hand, I find it truly humiliating! 🙁

Beautiful expose' by one of the more objective Travel Editor's. Let's the whole world know WHAT SOME OF US HAVE BEEN SAYING is T-R-U-E to a fault. This article exposes Team Tempe for what they are..........outside of kicking them in the NUTS myself, Well DONE! (NOW the DOT needs to get involved).

The TRUTH is finally out for the world to see. Shameful when you think of the terrible treatment some of our passengers have had to endure. I do not feel anything for the managers in Phoenix as you can't parent a child when you stay 2400 miles away. How long would it be before ADA would get involved.
Our disabled passengers who are left to wait for hours before a wheel chair arrives. Yes it has happened. Elderly clients are treated like they are a nuisance. Mr.Parker and his nitwits knew that the ship was sinking but yet they let each and every one of us be abused by the process as they sat back and licked there chops. USAirways and there customers deserve to be treated with RESPECT ............talk is cheap when Doug speaks at his town hall meetings it is just a way of saying to all of us I'm here as the Imposter who dressing you up for the slaughter.
 
For the life of me, I can't understand why the premium carriers of the Star Alliance don't just kick US out of their organization. Does the Star Alliance have NO STANDARDS or accountability? I only wish Brancatelli had made prominent mention of the Star Alliance in his article.

Any Star Alliance management watching this mess? Are you going to let Tempe drag your reputation down the hole too?
