I think it is about half way down on the left. Just watched it & think it's really neat.

Tried to correct the typo in the heading but it wouldn't let me. Sorry folks.

I can't seem to get it to play, as a lot of others have also reported. Do you have to have a certain media player installed to play this video? Anybody have any solutions?

I am quite sure that US will not have such a great video as we have NO commercials to reference. Our Inflight video (if there is even one) will probably be done by the folks at AWA as the actually have a clue.

Very impressive video...not only because it's logical, informative and well-produced, but because it shows a pride in AWA's history that's sorely lacking at a lot of other carriers - and a lot of other businesses for that matter. Nicely done. Hopefully, this is a sign of good things to come for the merged airline.

I'm no computer guy by far just know how to get on here & a few other places, but I do have media player. Not sure if that's the correct answer or not.

I had the same problem, and I did the obvious and made sure all my pop-up blockers were turned off. But it still wouldn't work. Then a computer geek friend of mine asked me if I had my cookies enabled and I didn't. Once I enabled cookies, it played!

Finally got to see the video. I like, I like! Y'all actually have a marketing department. What's that like?

While the announcer girl was a little flat, I thought that overall the video was good and I did love the old commercials. The mosh pit (obvious slam at LUV) was priceless!

I wish the US Airways one would show the old PSA and Piedmont ads, but they's be showing themselves up if they did... people would be asking about serving the full can like Piedmont advertised, and the hourly LAX-SFO PSA advertised.

What was the USAir one? USAAAAAAAAAir, begins with UUUUUUU! What were the rest of the words?

"All across the USA, as long as we've been around...
Our passengers are our neighbors, this country's our hometown.
And we know how hard you work, we'll work that hard for you,
We believe in putting people first, and that shows up in everything we dooooooo!

Everywhere we fly....every mile of sky.
Everything we do....USAir begins with you-oo-oo!"

You need to apply to the marketing department. Immediately!!

I recall it was accompanied by the most unnecessarily tear-jerking music known to man!

I want a copy of that song!

I have a few hundred airline ads in my "personal collection" but only a couple from USAir... primarily mid to late 1990s.

My favorite is the boy sitting in the field with his father and a B757 takes off overhead. Something about "Remember what it was like the first time you saw an airplane take off? At USAir we do... Everything we dooooo...."

Another with "There's one word you'll hear again and again from the people of USAir" and then a montage of employees/passengers interacting with the emphasis on the word "you" in everything..... like an agent heaving a massive suitcase onto a bag belt and muttering "You're traveling light..."

Personally I wish the "Fly The Flag" campaign in marketing lasted longer.

Yes, it was, but it was also pretty catchy and whoever they hired to put together that ad also did some great editing of the shots. Gee, was that about the only time US actually went out and spent money on a decent TV spot?

I actually have the "Everytime we fly..." ad on videotape. There was a TV show that I recorded in about '91 or '92 and it was one of the commercials. I wonder how I could get that transferred from VHS onto disc or something.
