This guys motivation is no different than 737 first officer Munn's in that their only motivation is to hope and pray that their personal fortunes will be enhanced by our demise. I love lettin em all down.

Just flew back on UA yesterday YVR-DEN-TPA (mainline and Ted). Had pleasant crews on both flights. Service standards in line with the US flight going out (just done a little different order). No complaints on the flights other than the middle seats and girl ralphing next to me right after take off from DEN, but hey, that wasnt the F/As fault. 😛

This topic reminds me of when I was a child. We's sit around in art class, happily scribbling on paper. Once we were done, either myself of one of the other children would put on a sad face and say, "Oh, my picture is so ugly. Yours is so good so-and-so." so of course everyone would chime in "No, yours is so good, its the best one! Look at mine its so ugly!" and the process would start again.

Remember when CO was suffering! They got out and over it. So give UA some time and they will be back on the top.

It takes quite a while to regain the respect of the traveling public. Just ask them at CO. They had a reputation of bad service, late arrivals, etc. Now they are the top airline in the industry. UA may get back it reputation, but it will be some time before they regain the respect of the travelling public. Hopefully, you have that time.
