Us Air Needs To Cut Costs By Yearend

My in-laws own their own business and have been listening and following with what has been going on at U. Their non-airline opinion is that it sounds to them like management is trying to make it so miserable on everyone that people will quit without getting a thing for all of their years of service. That is why there haven't been any early-outs offered.
If management really wanted the employees onboard they would have used a different approach. They would have tried to rally us around them. All they have done is to antagonize and demoralize the workforce. This is not leadership. This is not a tactic for turning around a business by throwing your most valuable assets overboard. The plan is already in motion. We are just not a part of it.
