US Airways buys 25 mid-sized planes

Stork Aviation was still and is still supporting Fokker Aircraft, they bought the rights when Fokker went Bankrupt.

Looks like the EMB-190 will initially be used head-to-head against Southwest.

There are apparently some people at US Airways that still do not understand how they have been taken.

Pilots that used to fly a 737-200 with 110 pax (or maybe even an A-320) will now be flying an EMB190 with 109 pax for about half the pay they used to make ten years ago. Not to mention what inflation has done to the buying power of that half of the pay.

The RC4 tried to tell USA320, but he was just too scared. He had no choice but to take the path of least resistance...

Like Metro Jet years ago? Another success story.

I'm sure Southwest is shaking in their boots.
Another success story...blast from the past..."BUSINESS SELECT"..
If Southwest is shaking in their boots.. it would be from laughing at U so hard they need to find a bathroom.

Are these planes to be operated by the mainline? Hard to tell the difference these days.
